Drupal Guru is a social networking site for Drupal Developers, Architects, System Administrators and even Content Writers. Everyone who loves Drupal , eats and breaths Drupal would love this site and use this for information sharing, networking, finding job opportunities as well as making this as their principal source of information.
Like any Gloscon venture, this product will also be profitable.
Revenue source will be primarily – sponsored advertisements and google ads.
Every Member can create his blog post, upload images and videos in that post and link to external videos. Moderators can review any post and make good posts as featured posts. Featured Posts could be syndicated by others as well as they will have service links for social marketing so community can push the content across internet domain. This will only be available for featured post.
One section of the site will also have content aggregated and mashed up from various other sites and presented in more structured way.

A Key feature of this product is SMS Integration with Ubercart and in backend using SMSCountry. User can buy SMS Credits to receive SMS when anything they want is made available. They can configure their personal messages to receive their Personalmsg inbox events they like automatically and also sent an SMS.
e.g SMS me when a Job in NY is posted. Or SMS me when someone posts comments on this article, etc – this integration should be at Node level or flexible.
Lots of custom modules needs to be developed.
Drupal6 has lot of features in watchdog/syslog and is preferred
